I decided to give this a go myself rather than going to the dealer.  This is quite trivial but an illustrated set of instructions really helps. So here we go:

The tool you will need in located under the floor of the trunk.

Open the hood and locate the access hole for the light as seen below, push down towards the front to open

Insert the tool into the hole and onto the bolt inside.  Turn clock-wise

Assist the headlight assembly out with yourfingers

Once the assembly has slid out examine the back.  You will see the access ports for the various lights.

Turn the lack bayonette plug that holds the signal light.

Replace the light, replace the assembly, with the tool turn counter-clockwize to lock into place
